There is an issue with my order, who do I contact?
Please contact us with any customer service needs via the custom order contact page or by email.
Do you offer local delivery or in-store pickup?
We offer local delivery for bulk/corporate orders. You can also pick up bulk/corporate orders at our office located at 116 E 3rd St. Suite 101 Bloomington IN 47401 (inside the SociallyUP building). We will coordinate a pickup time with you by email.
Do you have a storefront?
Our office is located inside the SociallyUP office at 116 E 3rd St. Suite 101 Bloomington IN 47401. We are not available for in-store shopping. You can pick up orders at the office if you let us know at the time of purchase.
Can I add small gift items to a custom order?
Yes. We can add-on small gift items to custom box orders. Please note, this could delay production time as not all small gift items are in our
on-demand inventory supply.
I want to add my product to the box, how do I do that?
